Our Vision Statement

To be one of the leading institutions in higher business education in Pakistan through teaching and research with practical orientation by employing creative measures to build students’ mind set, skills and capacities to gain an edge in the competitive market environment. In the process, we are seeking to play our role in the development of business in Pakistan.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to be a strong seed of knowledge for the academic and professional development of students in order to make them and us highly competitive in the marketplace. We strive to continuously improve in our teaching and research capacities of our faculty to reflect on students’ development on academic grounds and practical orientation. In the process our direction is to invigorate our students with the entrepreneurial spirit necessary for the development of business organizations. In addition, creating an understanding of social well-being and social welfare among the students is also an integral part of our approach towards the development of the society in Pakistan.

To realize our mission requires us to focus on the following areas:



a) Confidence-building measures for students by deploying classroom projects indicative of real-world practices.



b)Including the local and foreign cases coached by our faculty as part of the course outlines is deemed necessary for building students’ analytical and planning skills for making them knowledgeable of the real-world scenarios that they themselves face as managers or business owners.



c) Students’ development of interpersonal communication is one of the major aspects of our mission to build specific interpersonal skills that are demanded by the industry in general.



d) We must also provide an environment of learning by including foreign exposure to our students through international experts.



e) It is imperative for us to create technology-savvy students by increasing our focus on technology use that is also reflected in the courses and future programs as well as related to classroom applications.



f) We must also engage our alumni base in enhancing our market presence and gaining support for the industry-academia interaction.
