Our curriculum is focused not only on the knowledge of the students but also on developing their personality and entrepreneurial spirit. The key difference between an entrepreneur and a manager is that an entrepreneur takes risk (investing his/her time, effort, and money) not only to conceive an idea but also to convert the idea into a commercial venture with the objective of earning economic profits from it. An entrepreneur converts a business idea into a commercial venture that is at the heart of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial spirit can only be acquired by ‘doing the thing’. Students get involved in an Entrepreneurship Project early on and work on developing their business by the time they graduate. The objective of the entrepreneurial project is to give the student an experience that can act as a stepping-stone to encourage graduates to venture into self managed small business enterprises.
