Dr. Oussama Saoula
International Senior Lecturer, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia
Dr. Oussama Saoula is currently an International Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia. Also, he is serving as an assistant principal of Maybank Students’ Residential Hostel at the same university. Dr. Oussama currently teaches undergraduate and postgraduates students courses, which include; Organizational Behavior and Development, Research Methodology, Academic Writing, Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, Management Ethics, and Strategic Management. He has actively delivered talks and training workshops in different areas, particularly on Research Methodology with a keener interest in the application of quantitative techniques. Dr. Oussama obtained a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He also received a Bachelor`s degree in Management from University Ferhat Abbas Setif, Algeria. He was awarded a Ph.D. Scholarship in 2013 from Universiti Utara Malaysia

Prof. Dr. Çetin BEKTAŞ
Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University, Turkey
Çetin Bektaş graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, in 1993. In 1996, he completed his master’s degree in Afyon Kocatepe University, Institute of Social Sciences, and Department of Business Administration. In 2000, he received his PhD from the Department of Business Administration, Management and Organization. From 2001 to 2010, he worked for Uşak University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. In 2009, he received the title of Associate Professor in Management and Organization. From 2010 to 2014, he worked at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Since 2014, he has been working as a professor at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. Çetin Bektaş has published four books and many articles in national and international journals. In addition, he has served as an advisory board member at national and international conferences.

Dr. Yudi Fernando
Associate Professor, Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia
Yudi Fernando is an Associate Professor and a former deputy dean of research and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Industrial Management, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Industrial Management and Managing Editor of Journal of Governance and Integrity. Dr. Fernando has previously served as a PhD offshore coordinator and cluster head of innovation in operation management at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He received his MBA and PhD from the School of Management at USM and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from UNAND, Indonesia. In a scholarly research competition at USM in 2010, Dr. Fernando received the best PhD research award in applied art. He also worked for several years in the electronics industry. His current research interests are green operation management, service management, logistics, and sustainable issues in supply chain management. Dr. Yudi has the honor of serving as a council member in The Society of Logisticians, Malaysia/Pertubuhan Pakar Logistik Malaysia (LogM) from 2014-2016. As an advisor and reviewer, Dr. Yudi is associated with several reputed international journals. Dr. Yudi has published several research articles in reputed international journals.

Dr. Ummi Naiemah Saraih
Associate Professor, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia
Dr. Ummi Naiemah Saraih is an Associate Professor at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and has also worked as Deputy Dean (Alumni) of Students Affairs & Alumni, UniMAP 2015 –2019. She completed her Ph.D. in management in 2014 from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and her Master’s in management in 2007 from the same university. She has successfully supervised several PhD and MS Thesis, and many are in the process of competition. Her area of interest is performance, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational justice, career, leadership, turnover intention, entrepreneurial intention, and customer satisfaction. She has research publications in reputed international journals, including Scopus and ISI. She has also read her research papers at reputed international conferences.

Dr. Bruno Roque Cignacco
Consultant, United Kingdom
Dr. Bruno Roque Cignacco has a PhD in management with a focus on international marketing from the National University of Rosario. He is an international business consultant, international speaker and business coach. For over 20 years, he has advised and trained hundreds of companies on international trade activities and marketing. Dr. Bruno was a Principal Lecturer in Marketing at GSM London. He teaches international marketing, marketing management, research methods, product innovation, and public relationships. He has also taught business modules at other universities such as Birkbeck University, Lancaster University, University of Wales, University of Central Lancashire, and several international universities. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in the UK. Dr. Bruno is a Master’s Life Coach and Master’s NLP Practitioner. He is also the author of business books such as Fundamentals of International Marketing SMEs, published in several languages, including English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is also the author of Techniques of International Negotiation and personal development books published in different languages. His new book is titled “The Art of Compassionate Business: Main Principles for Human-Oriented Enterprise,” published by Routledge in 2019.

Dr. Micah E. S. Crump
Professor, City University of New York, USA
Micah E. S. Crump, PhD is a professor of business administration at Medgar Evers College, CUNY in Brooklyn, New York, USA. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he holds a Ph.D. in management and entrepreneurship, and an MBA from Morgan State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Coppin State University. Micah has taught and mentored more than 10,000 MBA, Executive MBA, and undergraduate business and entrepreneurship students at five black colleges in the United States: Howard University, Morgan State University, Coppin State University, Jackson State University, and Medgar Evers College. He served as an entrepreneurship trainer and consultant for small business development centers in Washington DC and in Mississippi and as a faculty advisor to numerous students of entrepreneurship organizations and new venture startup boot camps throughout the United States. He is a former McNair Scholar and holds memberships with the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society, the International Golden Key Honour Society, the Academy of Entrepreneurship, and the International Academy of Business. He served in the U.S. military, has worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and has run several businesses. He has implemented many innovative new entrepreneurship activities, curriculum, and programs at Howard University, Jackson State University, and Medgar Evers College.

ABOUT IRCBM-2022
The College of Management Sciences, Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, has organized the 3rd International Research Conference on Business & Management (IRCBM-2022). The conference’s theme is “Business Opportunities and Challenges for Emerging Economies in the Covid-19 era”. The international conference allows research scholars to share their research ideas and build a meaningful network with renowned international and national speakers and industry practitioners. The international conference has invited six eminent international keynote speakers from the United State of America, Turkey, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. The international speakers have extensive experience working in renowned international organizations and academic institutions. The international conference also received a good response from leading national and international universities and organizations. During the conference, over 100 participants will be showcasing their research ideas through presentations. We hope the international conference will help bridge the gap between industry and academia and set a concrete platform for developing meaningful collaborations between the two parties.

1. All submissions to the conference should be made through email at [email protected]
2. Submission of abstracts, research papers and case studies should be in Microsoft Word file format.
3. The abstract submission must also include the title, names and institutional affiliation of authors, email address of the corresponding author and keywords.
4. Research papers and case studies (including references) should adhere with the APA format and not exceed 7000 words.
5. All conference submissions should be free from plagiarism and abide by ethical guidelines contained in the APA publications manual.
